A single CD released in December 1999 by unit J-FRIENDS formed by TOKIO, Kinki Kids and V6 at the Johnny’s as part of charity activities for the 1995 Southern Hyogo Prefecture Earthquake. Providing Unreleased (Recorded on the 2000 album CRUSH) Next 100 Years (written by JON BON JOVI and RICHIE SAMBORA). KOSHI INABA of B’z is in charge of Japanese lyrics. Two kinds are released with the same part number, this is a version in which a normal jewel case contains an 3 inch CD (the other type is item no. 1453). The obi is a sticker that covers the front of the jacket.
The total amount of donation from the sales of the single is about 166.75 million yen (announced on March 14, 2000).
BON JOVI also donated a portion of the proceeds to the charity for the 1995 Southern Hyogo Prefecture Earthquake at the 1995 performance in Japan.

ジャニーズ事務所で1995年の阪神・淡路大震災へのチャリティー活動の一環としてTOKIO、Kinki Kids、V6によって結成されたユニットJ-FRIENDSが1999年12月に発表したシングルCD。当時未発表（翌2000年のアルバムCRUSHに収録）だったNext 100 Years（ジョン・ボン・ジョヴィとリッチー・サンボラ作）を提供。日本語詞はB’zの稲葉浩志が担当。同品番で2種類が発売され、こちらは通常のジュエルケースに8cmCDが収録されたバージョン（もう1種はitem no.1453）。帯はジャケット前面を覆うサイズのステッカーになっている。
今シングルの売り上げによる募金総額は約1億6,675万円（2000年3月14日発表）。
ボン・ジョヴィは1995年の日本公演でも収益の一部を阪神・淡路大震災へのチャリティーに寄付している。
