Two discs of half official board. Japanese version, with obi. The Japanese version changed titles from SOLID GOLD and released as the second release of LIVE TO AIR.
The first piece contains the radio sound source of March 1984. Bonus track is a 1983 radio sound source. According to DJ’s comment, it seems to be Capitol Theatre performance of Passaic, NJ (Oct. 1, 1983) (Supporting Eddie Money), details are unknown.
The second piece contains countdown live at the end of 1988 (TV sound source). In the 13th song, RATT, KINGDOM COME, BRITNY FOX guest performances. Bonus tracks include the sound source of Saturday Night Live in 1995.

2枚組のハーフオフィシャル盤。日本盤、帯付き。日本盤はのSOLID GOLDからタイトルを変更し、LIVE TO AIRの第2弾としてリリース。
1枚目は1984年3月のラジオ音源を収録。ボーナストラックは1983年のラジオ音源。DJのコメントから察すると1983年10月1日ニュージャージー州パサイクのCapitol Theatre公演（エディー・マネーの前座）だと思われるが、詳細は不明。
2枚目は1988年末のカウントダウンライブを収録（TV音源）。13曲目には、RATT, KINGDOM COME, BRITNY FOXが客演。ボーナストラックは1995年のサタデー・ナイト・ライブの音源を収録。
