notes : FRANKE & THE KNOCKOUTS is a rock band formed in NEW JERSEY in 1980, with FRANKE PREVITE at the center. TICO joined the band in 1982, just after the release of their second album, and left in 1983 to join BON JOVI. He participated in the recording, and this album was released in 1984 after he left the band. The band broke up in 1986.
The second track, “You Don’t Want Me (Like I Want You)," was later speculated to be the original version of “She Don’t Know Me," which was covered by BON JOVI on their debut album. (FRANKE PREVITE writes about this in the liner notes of his best album: https://redbankbj.com/wp/?p=10531)
備考 : フランク&ザ・ノックアウツは、フランク・プリヴァイトを中心としてニュー・ジャージー州で1980年に結成されたロックバンド。ティコ・トーレスは2ndアルバムリリース直後の1982年に加入、1983年に脱退しBON JOVIへ参加。レコーディングに参加して脱退後の1984年にリリースされたのが今作。バンドは1986年に解散しています
