notes : This is an album from the off-Broadway musical “THE TOXIC AVENGERS" (Set in NEW JERSEY), for which DAVID BRYAN wrote the music. The original cast sings, with DAVID providing vocals only on the 17th bonus track.
This musical marked the start of the collaboration between JOE DiPIETRO (screenplay) and DAVID (music).
“THE TOXIC AVENGER" is the musical version of the film that was released in 1984 and later made into a series. In Japan, the musical version was performed in Japan with a Japanese cast in 2020 and 2023.
